Superbowl here is definitely different. Kickoff was 1:30PM, game over before its time to eat more for dinner.

Even though the outcome wasn't as hoped, in my humble opinion, the game was a good game (for the superbowl). The superbowl usually doesn't seem to be that exciting or even a nailbiter. The game was better than the lackluster ads this year.

Everyone here seems to be amped up for the Pro-bowl which is next weekend. Happens at the Aloha Stadium; thinking of going. The barkeep at Cheeseburger in Paradise-Waikiki was telling me they shipped over a bunch of stretched Hummer limos (with Michigan plates) to the Hilton Hawaiian in order to handle the VIPs. Have to venture over to the "Hawaiian Village" to check out the excitement this week. I hear its one of THE busiest weeks in Waikiki.

Now off to sleep so I can get up at "gulp" 5:30AM and hoof it into work.......
