Who Needs Safety
I guess I'm a homeowner.
I've been to Home Desperate three times and Low's since Friday.
Things I've purchased include:
Light Bulbs (one for almost every socket in the house).
Smoke Alarms (three, one for each bed room and one for the family room).
Fire Extinguishers (three, one for the detached garage, one for the kitchen, one for general house usage).
Drill (one, in order to install the smoke alarms and mount the fire exinguishers).
Lockset (one for each exterior locking door).
Not exciting stuff, but things all buildings should have.....you can tell that I work in the construction industry....well, at least tommorrow, the only work I need to do will be devoted to the house....

You have three fire extinguishers in your house? That is awesome. And having a fire extinguisher for "general house usage"? That sounds ominous to me for some reason, like you regularly do things that make fire extinguishers an often used household appliance.
Good luck!
Supposedly NFPA (the National Fire Protection Agency) recommends even more fire extinguishers in a household than what I got......according to the fire extinguisher manufacturer's printed literature....
It's a ploy to get people to buy more fire extinguishers! I call conspiracy!
